Wanted to recomend for people using these mounts... when used in the BASE environment, with our hard and quick openings... It is a good idea to use some sort of support under the front arm, a few inches out from where the arm connects to the helmet. This allows the arm to rest on the "support" instead of having all the force be held by the helmet mount connection. I used two gopro stick mounts stuck together, slid under the arm, and then held in place with a piece of tape.
For other uses such as skiing I never needed to use the support and didn't have any issues.
