It really depends on how the canopy has been treated. Patches, water landings, Moab trips all make a difference. I'd say given average jumping, most regular weight canopies should be good for at least 500 jumps of not many more, lightweight 400+, but much less if jumped in shitty conditions. In my opinion, zp nose also adds at least 100 jumps of lifespan to a given canopy. Jumping a canopy for any significan time in Australia takes a minimum of 200 jumps off a canopy.
I also have a seven that has more than 600 jumps and it's my favorite canopy with no plans on retiring it any time soon. It had a small accident a couple years ago and got a brand new center cell though.
