Ok, I'll bite. Low jumps are safer. Normally, one's speed is so low that you only break your legs or shatter the heels. I am not including flippydooz. Dont biite off morethan you can chew. Start low and then work your way higher. Speed vs impact is exponential. twice the speed, 4 times the impact forces. Think of it as giving a kid a lamborgini for his 18th Birthday. So much power but no place to park it. Youtube that. If you want to smoke ciggies you should start out with the Nik patches and work your way up to lighting your first. Nothing in this post is a joke.
